- MAIN TRANSPORT CONDITIONS OF MARITIME COMPANIES
By purchasing the maritime ticket, a transport contract is established between the shipping company (carrier) and the passenger. This contract does not constitute a package tour and is not subject to the relevant regulations. The carrier commits to respecting the scheduled travel itinerary; however, in the case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to minor breakdowns, force majeure, staff strikes, ship detention due to maritime claims, it reserves the right to modify the schedule or replace a ship with another without prior notice.
In the case of a trip cancellation due to the direct responsibility of the carrier, the carrier will, subject to availability, arrange for the rebooking of passengers and vehicles holding a valid ticket on other companies, or provide a full refund for the unused ticket, without further obligations on its part.

- Embarkation Taxes
Embarkation taxes are included in the cost of the ticket. The amount of embarkation taxes may vary by the shipping companies, even without prior notice. Additionally, in the case of significant increases in fuel costs, a fuel surcharge may be requested, even at check-in.
- DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TIMES

- TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets booked online can be collected directly at the departure ports by presenting the confirmation printout with the booking code obtained at the conclusion of the booking process, after making the payment. Alternatively, tickets can be collected at our office in Brindisi. - EMBARKATION FORMALITIES
On the day of departure, it is necessary to present oneself at the embarkation offices of the booked maritime company at least two hours before the scheduled departure time for EU routes, and three hours before for non-EU routes.
- CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, CHANGES TO BOOKED TICKETS
In the case of cancellations of booked tickets, the penalties provided by the individual shipping companies will be applied, which can be found on our website in the section related to the general transport conditions, in addition to an agency fee of 25.00 Euros. Any requests for cancellation or changes to purchased tickets must be submitted exclusively in writing, before the date for which the ticket was booked, via email (booking@seamedtrading.com ), and will be considered by our operators during the opening hours of our office.
Changes to purchased tickets can be made, subject to availability, by paying an agency fee of 25.00 Euros, in addition to the penalties and fare adjustments provided by the issuing shipping company
